Welcome to MyKingTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://mykingtv.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

MyKingTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided via the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

• All prices are in GBP.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Exceptions: (a) verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours; (b) confirmed duplicate charge.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute your account credentials.
• Do not broadcast, publicly display, or re-stream content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent any access controls or DRM.
• Do not use automated tools to access the Service.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time via the IBO Player application exclusively.

7. Service Availability

MyKingTV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyKingTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
